POLICY STATEMENT
The Quality Manual encompasses the policies, procedures, and objectives in the various phases of work like design engineering, procurement, and construction/fabrication, testing, and commissioning activities. Riyadh al Dana aims to provide customer-satisfying services by ensuring quality assurance and quality control in accordance with acceptable standards and contractual requirements referred to in issued project documents.
QUALITY OBJECTIVE
Quality objectives support quality policy and provide employees with direction and focus. The senior leadership teams Establish company objectives based on customer requirements and management's expectations of the current and future needs of customers and employees.
Our Objectives are to develop our workforce and services to achieve full customer satisfaction. Continual improvement in our Quality Management System.
- Reasonably reduce the Non-Conformance.
- Increase technical Manpower.
- Provide technical training for our employees.
- Acquire New and Enhanced Equipment.
- To enhance the maintenance checklist with every addition of new equipment.
- Continual improvements in procedures, processes, and work instructions.
- To identify and pursue growth. To comply with the approved design, engineering, procurement, construction/fabrication drawings, and applicable standards including QA/QC documents.
